Mark Emmanuel has always had a natural curiosity for how things work. As a child, he was the one taking apart toys, radios, and appliances — not to break them, but to understand them. That same mindset led him from Kenya to the UK in 1997 to study computer engineering.

There, Mark discovered his love for computers, networks, and internet technologies. He spent countless late nights downloading websites and dissecting them... to learn how they worked!

But it wasn’t until he came across email marketing that everything clicked. He realised that behind the best businesses were simple, consistent systems. Often built around email that brought in new clients. Day-in, day-out.

Over the years, Mark has helped small businesses use these kinds of systems to grow. From selling digital products to launching a web design agency. He’s always been driven by a passion for helping others succeed online. His time in hospitality management further strengthened his leadership and people skills... giving him a deep appreciation for service, teamwork, and customer experience.
